At TEGA Athletic, we stand behind the quality of the products we curate and sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below for return and refund eligibility.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear

  • Returned with original tags and packaging intact

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless defective:

  • Underwear and base-layer garments worn next to skin

  • Socks (if packaging has been opened)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

For hygiene and safety reasons, these items cannot be returned once opened or worn.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TEGA Athletic is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after inspection

Please note that bank or card processing times may vary and are outside our control.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Third-Party & Independent Brands

TEGA Athletic operates as an independent retailer featuring products from multiple brands. Return eligibility may vary slightly by product or brand.

In such cases, brand-specific return conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase or during the return process.

9. International Orders

International orders may be subject to additional restrictions and return shipping costs. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

10. Policy Changes
